Thanks right, Road Runner is finally returning to Iceland. It’s been a long break and we are feeling the urge to experience this amazing country and people again! Iceland is well known as a photographer’s paradise, with vast landscapes that are alien in their starkness. During this trip we will visit Thingvellir National Park, Geysir, Gullfoss, and travel across southern Iceland to Höfn and back visiting iconic locations along the way. Here is a brief description of what you can expect:
- Quaint villages, churches, and barns speckled through the countryside.
- Icelandic horses, who will greet you at the fence line and patiently wait for the images to be captured.
- Southern Iceland’s most beautiful waterfalls cascade from hundreds of feet above you.
- Icebergs drifting about the glacier lagoon, shifting and crashing as they make their way to sea.
- Massive cliff walls plunging into the ocean.
